If you would like to become a member, please read our Club Rules (updated) then complete a membership form.

For existing members, please use these forms to apply for a preservation certificate or to enter your finished project into the restoration of the year award .

The safety of Club members is important to us and we appreciate land owners allowing us access to their property. To assist those members who are organising events, please see below for some useful forms:

Landowner Checklist -The safety of Club members is important to us and we appreciate land owners allowing us access to their property.  Use this form to confirm where the restricted areas and known hazards are, and this will form part of the driver briefing on the day of the event.

Sign in sheet- Each person needs to sign in, to acknowledge that they are participating in the event at their own risk and that they will follow any safety directions given to them

Day membership form - for those who aren't members of the Club but would like to come along and participate in an event, a day membership may be sought.  This is just a temporary membership to enable participation in a single event only.
